摘要
某工业厂房现浇钢筋混凝土楼板使用荷载发生改变,为确保结构使用阶段的安全性,以三块楼板静载试验为例,通过测试加载、卸载过程中楼板的挠度、应变变化以及裂缝发展特征,分析了楼板的变形性能、承载能力以及裂缝发展规律。本文以该钢筋混凝土楼板静载试验为背景,介绍了加载方案的确定,详细描述了试验过程中产生的现象,最后分析了试验结果并得出了试验结论,同时提出了加固建议。本试验案例可为同类结构试验的研究提供参考。
The service load of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor in an industrial factory building has changed. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, taking the static load test of three floors as an example, through testing the deflection, strain change and crack development characteristics of the floor during loading and unloading, the deformation performance, bearing capacity and crack development law of the floor are analyzed. Based on the static load test of the reinforced concrete floor, this paper introduces the determination of the loading scheme, describes in detail the phenomena produced in the test process, finally analyzes the test results and draws the test conclusions, and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening. This test case can be used for the study of the same kind of structure test. Provide reference.
