China’s ongoing reform and opening up represents a great revolution in the historical tide of development of the Chinese people and nation, and constitutes a new chapter in the ChinaJs pursuit of change and quest to grow strong, which has lasted for thousands of years. During the process of reform and opening up, law-based governance has become the basic way for the CPC to lead the people in governing the country, and the Chinese people have increasingly deepened their understanding of the relationship between reform and the rule of law.
