Research on High Efficiency Transportation Technology of Prefabricated Components

摘要 针对预制构件多次转运、装车时间长、效率低等问题,提出构件存放运输一体化新型架体,详细介绍了墙板及叠合板存放运输一体架,通过起重机整体起吊架体运输并存放,节省装车时间及人工成本,提高转运效率,对装配式建筑的发展具有重要意义。 Aiming at the problems of multiple transshipment,long loading time and low efficiency of prefabricated components,a new type of frame with integrated storage and transportation of components is put forward by analyzing the existing problems. The use of the frame can save loading time and labor cost, improve transshipment efficiency,and is of great significance to the development of assembly buildings.
