摘要
某核电站屏蔽厂房双层钢板混凝土模板结构(简称SC结构)采用分层构造,模块安装就位因构造差异采用不同的吊装工艺,对2~7层非闭合区域模块吊装采用二级平衡梁整体吊装工艺中吊装体系及平衡梁构造进行设计和分析,实现了SC结构组合模块的顺利吊装。
The double-layer steel plate concrete formwork structure(SC structure) of a shielding plant of a nuclear power plant adopts layered structure,the bottom area is non-closed structure,and the middle and upper part is closed structure. Different hoisting technologies are adopted for the installation and placement of SC structure module due to the structural differences. The two-level balanced beam integral hoisting technology is adopted for the hoisting construction of the module in the non-closed area of floor2 ~ 7.Through the design and analysis of the two-level balanced beam hoisting system and the structure of the balanced beam,the SC structure module is successfully hoisted.
