摘要
从媒介技术与隐私的渊源及其权利观念可以发现,隐私在社会交往中长期为话语和符号所建构,成为关乎尊严的“面具”。随着技术与人融为一体,个人隐私由外在的尊严转向社会行为与生理特征动态结合的身体组织,并依据其技术特性带来了“去私人化”“信息整合”“功能蠕变”等隐私侵犯。基于此,本文试图依据生物特征隐私的内容属性探寻一种动态的分层级保护机制。
The notion of privacy, as a "personal mask"of dignity, has long been constructed by discourse and signs in the social interaction. Nevertheless, as technology becomes integrated with people, privacy changes from external dignity to "body tissue", which dynamically combines social behavior with physiological characteristics. Its technology features bring about new privacy invasion, such as "deprivatization","information aggregation" and "function creep". This article attempts to explore a dynamic hierarchical protection mechanism based on the the content attributes of biometric privacy.
