ZnO压敏电阻器电压分散性探讨

摘要 电子陶瓷产品生产过程中,离不开烧结工序。烧结既是关键工序,也是特殊过程,烧结对陶瓷产品的特性影响重大。对同批次生产的ZnO压敏电阻器压敏电压分散性大的原因进行了分析,将立式烧结炉匣钵内的面积划分成5个不同的区域,对相应区域烧结的样品进行取样、检测。利用Minitab软件对样品检测数据进行箱线图分析、方差分析,结果表明,在烧结炉出炉匣钵内不同位置区域烧结的产品的压敏电压均值有显著的差异。 In the production process of electronic ceramic products,sintering process is indispensable.Sintering is not only a critical process,but also a special process,and it has a significant impact on the characteristics of ceramic products.The reasons for the large dispersion of varistor voltage of ZnO varistor of the same batch is analyzed.The area in the sagger of vertical sintering furnace is divided into five different regions,and the sintered products in the corresponding area are sampled and tested.The box plots analysis and variance analysis of the sample detection data are carried out by Minitab software.The results show that the mean varistor voltage of the products sintered in different positions in the sagger of the sintering furnace is significantly different.
