摘要 采用傅立叶变换红外光(FTIR)谱法,比较了来源于我国7个不同省份的50个绿茶样品间红外吸收光谱的异同,并对所得的指纹图谱进行了共有峰和特征峰的指认和对比分析。结果表明50个绿茶样品有12个共有峰,不同产地绿茶的FTIR光谱差异主要分布在3400~2920cm-1、1650~1420cm-1、1370~1050cm-1、930~770cm-1及590~520cm-1波数范围,通过聚类分析可区分不同产地的绿茶样品,方法精密度、重现性和稳定性良好。该研究对我国不同产地绿茶的鉴别提供了参考。 The infrared absorption spectra of 50 green tea samples from seven different provinces in China were compared by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR),and the common peak and characteristic peak of the fingerprints wereidentified and compared.,The results showed that there were a total of 12 common peaks in the 50 green tea samples,the different FTIR spectra of green teas from different producing areas were mainly distributed in the weavenumber ranges of 3400 ~ 2920,1650 ~ 1420,1370 ~ 1050,930 ~ 770 cm-1 and 590 ~ 520 cm-1.By means of cluster analysis,green tea samples from different producing areas can be distinguished,the precision,reproducibility and stability of the FTIR method are good.The study provides a reference for the identification of green tea from different areas in China.
