“专创、产教”双融合视角下的实践创新人才培养模式研究与实践

Research and practice on training mode of practical innovative talents from perspective of “Speciality, entrepreneurship, industry and education”

以北京联合大学电子商务专业为例,围绕专创融合、产教融合的人才培养定位,在专创融合方面系统化设计了"六阶段+四维度"的专创融合课程体系;搭建了"双创竞赛+专业实践+专业社团"三位一体的创新创业实践训练载体;探索了"教赛研一体、科教创贯通"的专创融合路径。在产教融合方面,进行了基于"社会服务-教学条件资源过程-师资"三位一体的顶层设计。最后,提出了打造基于专创融合、产教融合的实践创新人才培养新体系。

Taking the E-commerce major in Beijing Union University as an example and focusing on the orientation of talent training with the integration of speciality and entrepreneurship and integration of industry and education, this paper systematically designs the "Six stages + four dimensions" curriculum system, establishes the innovative entrepreneurship practice training system with the trinity of "Double innovative competition + professional practice + professional associations" and explores upon the innovative integration path of "teaching, competition and research, science and education". In the aspect of integration of industry and education, the top-level design based on the trinity of "Social service, teaching conditions, resource process and teachers" is carried out. Finally, a new system of training innovative talents based on the integration of specialty, industry and education is put forward.
