高校大型仪器设备效益评价体系研究

Study on benefit evaluation system of large-scale instruments and equipment in college and university

为了有效解决设备管理中提高设备利用率、开发新功能、资源合理配置、扩大开放共享等问题,该文从确定效益评价指标、数据收集途径、评价结果分析三个方面探讨如何建立科学的、有效的、可执行的大型仪器设备综合效益评价体系,并就如何发挥评价体系的指导作用提出了建议。

In order to improve equipment utilization rate, develop new functions, rationally allocate resources and expand opening and sharing in equipment management, this paper discusses how to establish scientific, effective and executable comprehensive benefits of large-scale instruments and equipment from three aspects of determining benefit evaluation index, data collection approach and analysis of evaluation results. The evaluation system and suggestions on how to give full play to the guiding role of the evaluation system are put forward.
