喀英德布拉克水库在区域水资源配置中的作用

Role of Kayingde Brake Reservoir in Regional Water Resources Allocation

水库建设能够通过实现灌区水资源供需平衡提高区域水资源利用效率,达到区域水资源优化配置,为灌区带来经济效益和社会效益。以新疆青河县阿苇灌区为例,对喀英德布拉克水库建成前后灌区已有水利工程供水能力和灌区水资源供需平衡情况进行了对比分析和论证。结果表明,水库建成运行后能与当地现有水利工程结合形成新的供水系统,互相调配、联合供水,实现灌区水资源供需平衡,发挥喀英德布拉克水库在灌区水资源配置中的重要作用。

Reservoir construction can improve the utilization efficiency of regional water resources by realizing the balance between supply and demand of water resources in irrigation area,achieve the optimal allocation of regional water resources,and bring economic and social benefits to irrigation area.Taking Awei Irrigation District in Qinghe County of Xinjiang as an example,this paper made a comparative analysis and demonstration on the water supply capacity of existing water conservancy projects and the balance between supply and demand of water resources in the irrigation area before and after the completion of the Kayingde Brake Reservoir.The results show that after the completion and operation of the reservoir,it can form a new water supply system combined with the existing local water conservancy projects,allocate and supply water to each other,balance the supply and demand of water resources in the irrigation area,and play an important role in the allocation of water resources in the irrigation area of Kayingde Brake Reservoir.
