针对传统送料装车系统的不足,分析了一种基于PLC的自动送料装车系统,介绍了该控制系统的工艺流程、系统结构和上位机接口功能,以满足系统控制的可靠性、稳定性需求。

In view of the shortcomings of the traditional feeding and loading system,this paper analyzed an automatic feeding and loading system based on PLC,and introduced the process flow,system structure and upper computer interface function of the control system to meet the reliability and stability requirements of the system control.
