洗煤厂配煤工艺系统是煤炭洗选副产品合理配置的关键环节,确保配煤作业的合理性对洗煤厂综合效益的获得意义重大。以此为着手点,对洗煤厂配煤工艺系统改造开展探究。结合具体工程实际,在介绍A洗煤厂概况的基础上,对具体技术改造措施开展分析,并对改造后系统所产生的经济效益进行分析,希望能够为其他矿井提供借鉴和参考。

Coal blending system in coal washing plant is the key link of rational allocation of by-products of coal washing.It is of great significance to ensure the rationality of coal blending operation for the comprehensive benefits of coal washing plant.Taking this as a starting point,the reform of coal blending process system in coal washing plant was explored.Combining with specific engineering practice,on the basis of introducing the general situation of A Coal Washing Plant,this paper carried out an analysis of specific technical optimization measures,and analyzed the economic benefits of the system after transformation,hoping to provide reference for other mines.
