Density of dense medium suspension is an important factor affecting the effect of dense medium washing.Effective control of dense medium suspension can significantly improve the output quality of clean coal and increase the comprehensive benefits of washing products.From this point of view,the application of dense medium suspension density control system in coal preparation was explored.Combining with engineering practice,this paper made a detailed analysis of the composition and application of dense medium suspension density automatic control system,hoping to provide reference for similar work in other coal preparation plants.
