From the perspective of theater lighting design and application, this paper introduces the trajectory of space design ideas in Chinese theater stage, focusing on the development prospects of small and medium-sized theaters, stage craft design, and the perception and thinking of the application of the framed theater space. This section mainly discusses the functional evolution of the frame-type pedestal, the adjustment of proscenium opening area and related thinking.
