摘要
目的以wacom手写板为例,探究电磁式手写板数字签名笔迹的静态特征反映规律及鉴定条件。方法将电磁式手写板数字签名的静态笔迹与同步形成的纸笔签名笔迹特征进行比对,分析其特征反映规律。结果电磁式手写板数字签名笔迹在书写水平、字形、书体、字的倾斜方向、文字布局、文字写法、搭配比例特征方面未见明显变化,特征反映较稳定、准确;而笔压、运笔、笔痕、笔顺特征反映方面存在信息缺失或反映失真情况。结论电磁式手写板数字签名笔迹存在特征缺失、反映失真现象,主要集中在立体、运笔特征及微观层面特征的反映上;宏观二维层面的空间位置、形态特征稳定;可以利用同一认定的思维方法对该类签名笔迹进行鉴定条件审查和进行人身同一认定。
Objective Use the wacom tablet as an example to explore the rules of their reflection and conditions of identification of characteristics of static handwritten signatures captured by electromagnetic tablets.Method Compare static handwritten signatures captured by the electromagnetic tablet with static signatures on paper,analyzing the former’s characteristics on reflection.Results Signatures outputted by electromagnetic tablets hadn’t presented obvious differences in terms of calligraphy level,the word’s geometry shape,character style,the tilt of the word,text layout,configuration,features on collocation and proportion,etc.Thus the reflection of characteristics on these aspects were stable and accurate.There was a lack of information or distortion in the reflection in terms of features of pressure,motion,stroke mark,stroke order.Conclusion There is a loss of feature information and some distortion in reflection of static signatures outputted by the electromagnetic tablet,which mainly focuses on the reflection of three-dimensional features,dynamic features and microscopic features.The spatial position and configuration characteristics in the macroscopic two-dimensional perspective are stable.Identification condition examination and individual identification can be used on this kind of signature in the light of the identical cognizance theory.
