摘要 1案例1.1 简要案情某保险股份有限公司某省分公司于2014年8月16日晚间,接到报案:价值近150万元车牌号为晋J**9**的某豪华品牌越野车(以下简称“被鉴车辆”)在行驶至某省某市某县后大峪岩头村附近时起火燃烧,全车烧毁。
