摘要
文章针对学中体育课程开展健身气功的可行性进行分析,旨在丰富中学体育课程的教学内容,深化体育课程改革,优化资源配置.通过研究,对体育健身气功课程的开展提出可操作性建议:购置健身气功教材;创新教学方式与方法;强调应用,提高学生的实践能力;加强健身气功课程开展的宣传和对师资力量的培训.
This paper analyzes the feasibility of carrying out fitness qigong in middle school physical education curriculum, in order to enrich the teaching content of middle school physical education curriculum, deepen the reform of physical education curriculum, and optimize the allocation of resources. Through the research, put forward feasible Suggestions on the development of physical fitness qigong course: 1. 2.
