摘要
对大蒜素在医药和运动科学领域的研究和应用进行概述.结果表明:大蒜素是一种抗氧化剂,因其具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、预防心脑血管等多种药理作用而被广泛应用在临床医药、畜牧业的生产以及食疗保健当中,随着国内外对大蒜素研究应用的不断深入,大蒜素在医学与运动科学领域的应用前景非常的广阔,通过查阅国内外相关文献,综述了大蒜素在医药与运动科学领域的应用研究进展.
The research and application of allicin in the field of medicine and sports science were summarized. The results show that allicin is an antioxidant, which has many pharmacological effects, such as anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and is widely used in clinical medicine, animal husbandry production and dietary health care. With the deepening research and application of Allicin at home and abroad, the application prospect of allicin in the field of medicine and Sports Science is very broad. This review summarizes the research progress of allicin in the field of medicine and sports science by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad.
