镀锡板表面黑灰的控制措施

Measures to control the smudge on tinplate surface

针对镀锡板表面的黑灰问题,提出了如下控制措施:分别控制镀锡液、助熔剂和钝化液的锡泥质量浓度在1.0、1.0和0.5g/L以下;保持胶辊的表面清洁度;保证胶辊被正确安装,以防胶辊与带钢之间发生摩擦。采用全自动擦灰机不仅能有效擦除黑灰,而且不会损坏镀锡板表面的油膜。

Some measures to control the smudge on the surface of tinplate were given as follows:maintain the mass concentration of tin sludge in tinning bath,fluxes,and passivation solution to be lower than 1.0,1.0,and 0.5 g/L,respectively;keep the cleanness of rubber roller surface;and install the rubber roller correctly to avoid the friction between the strip steel and it.The smudge can be removed efficiently by using a fully automatic smudge remover without damaging the oil film on tinplate surface.
