摘要
为调查江西省农村小学英语教师职业认同、工作满意度与离职意向的总体水平,并探究农村小学英语教师职业认同、工作满意度与离职意向的关系,随机抽取了101名在江西省信丰县农村地区从事小学英语教学的教师进行调查。结果显示:江西省农村小学英语教师职业认同水平较高,工作满意度处于一般水平,离职意向略高于中等水平;教师职业认同与离职意向之间呈显著的负相关;教师工作满意度与离职意向之间呈显著的负相关;教师职业认同与工作满意度之间呈显著的正相关。
This study, by using the Scale for Teachers’ Professional Identity, Scale for Teachers’ Job Satisfaction, and Scale for Teachers’ Turnover Intention, tested 101 hinterland primary school teachers in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, aiming to investigate the current status of hinterland primary English teachers’ professional identity, job satisfaction and turnover intention, and research on the relationship among them. The data were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS25.0. The results were as follows: The level of professional identity of hinterland primary English teachers in Ganzhou was high, their job satisfaction was average, but turnover intention was low;Hinterland primary school English teachers’ professional identity had a significant positive correlation with their job satisfaction;There was a significant negative correlation between the hinterland primary school English teachers’ turnover intention and job satisfaction;Hinterland primary school English teachers’ professional identity had a significant negative correlation with their turnover intention.
