摘要
最低工资是雇主按照法律支付给雇员的最低回报。在收集赣粤闽浙湘鄂皖七省2008-2017年间相关数据基础上,首先,展示与分析了该期间江西省最低工资标准的总量和环比增速变动趋势;其次,比较与分析了该期间江西省内不同区域间最低工资标准总量和环比增速变动趋势;最后,分别将江西省与其紧邻的东南沿海发达省份及中部省份,进行了最低工资总量与环比增速的比较与分析。研究发现,江西省最低工资标准整体呈增长态势,最低工资标准的地区类别差距在逐渐扩大;江西最低工资标准与浙江、广东两省还有一定差距,相较沿海的福建,及中部紧邻的湖南、湖北和安徽等省,竞争优势不再;这种趋势不利于江西大力承接东南沿海发达省份劳动密集型产业的转移。
Minimum wage is the minimum return that an employer pays an employee in accordance with the law. Based on relevant data collected from seven provinces of Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hubei and Anhui in the last ten years(2008~2017), this study firstly shows and analyzes the total amount of minimum wage standard and the development speed with link-relative method in Jiangxi Province during this period. Then, we compared and analyzed the variation trend of the minimum wage standard amount and link relative ratio among different regions in Jiangxi Province during this period. Finally, we compared and analyzed the minimum wage standard amount and link-relative ratio between Jiangxi Province and its neighboring developed southeastern coastal provinces, and the central neighboring provinces. We found that the minimum wage standard in Jiangxi Province showed a growing trend, and the regional gap of the minimum wage standard was gradually expanding. There is still a gap between the minimum wage standard of Jiangxi and Zhejiang, Guangdong. However, compared with coastal Fujian and central neighboring provinces such as Hunan, Hubei and Anhui, Jiangxi no longer enjoys competitive advantages. This trend is bad for Jiangxi to undertake the transfer of labor-intensive industries of the developed southeastern coastal provinces.
