以PDCA循环为基础的多部门联合干预方法在手卫生专项管理活动中的运用

Application of Multisectoral Joint Intervention Method Based on PDCA Cycle in Hand health special management

目的:探析以PDCA循环为基础的多部门联合干预方法运用于医务人员手卫生专项管理活动中的效果。方法:医院院感科于2017年10月-12月随机对全院医务人员手卫生正确性和依从性进行基线调查并现场查看,对数据进行汇总统计分析,绘制柏拉图,找出主要原因,有针对性地制定专项管理计划,多部门按计划开展各项管理活动,实施9个月后,在全院医务人员中随机抽查手卫生正确性和依从性,最后进行总结分析、查找问题并纳入下一阶段持续改进工作。结果:以PDCA循环为基础的多部门联合干预管理后,全院医务人员手卫生正确性提高了54%,依从性提高了98%,明显提高了医务人员手卫生正确性和依从性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手卫生专项管理活动中运用以PDCA为基础的多部门联合干预的方法,能够切实有效地提高医务人员手卫生的正确性和依从性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of multisectoral joint intervention based on PDCA circulation in the management of hand health of medical staffs. Methods:A baseline survey on the correctness and compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff in the hospital from October 2017 to December 2017 was conducted on the spot by Hospital-Acquired Infection Control Department. The data were collected and analyzed. Plato was drawn up,and the main reasons were found out. The special management plans were formulated for specific purposes and various management activities were carried out according to the plans in multiple departments. Random sampling of hand hygiene and compliance among medical personnel were conducted in the hospital nine months after the intervention.Finally,the problems were analyzed and integrated into the next phase of continuous improvement. Results:The management of multisector joint intervention based on PDCA cycle obviously improved the accuracy and compliance of medical staff(54 % and 98 %,P <0.05). Conclusion:The use of PDCA-based multi-sector joint intervention in the management of hand hygiene can effectively improve the correctness and compliance of hand hygiene of medical personnel.
