摘要
目的:为解决医院医用耗材采购、管理中存在的问题,在某大型儿童医院构建医用耗材供应链平台。方法:医院采用先进的现代物流理念,建立医用耗材供应链信息平台,引入第三方院内物流服务,创新性地在全院所有临床、医技科室耗材消耗终端设立智能二级库体系,打造医院、供应商、运营商集申请、采购、仓储、配送及追溯一体化的全智能物流服务模式。结果:医用耗材供应链平台上线后,全面实现了互联网智能化流程,减少了医院人员的投入成本,提升了医院医用耗材的物流管理水平。同时,先使用后结算的模式,减少资金占用;耗材消耗数据实时采集,使财务对账流程更优化。耗材全流程条码化配送,为全闭环的追溯管理提供了支撑。设立耗材字典库,解决过去同一耗材不同名称,不同注册证导致的系统检索、分类困难等问题。耗材字典编码与HIS系统、医保、物价编码建立一一对应的关系,确保收费信息准确采集。结论:医用耗材供应链平台实现内外物流一体化整合,B2B供应商云平台全面实现“互联网+采购”;SPD运营服务平台提升物流效率,降低物流成本,让医疗资源更好回归患者;第三方院内物流服务全面提升临床满意度;院内精细化管理深度打造全流程闭环管控,耗材运营数据分析为管理者提供决策支撑。
Objective:To establish an information platform of medical consumables supply chain in a large children’s hospital.Methods:Under the modern logistics idea,the logistics service of the third party was introduced in the hospital,and an information platform of medical consumables supply chain was established. Results:In this platform,intelligent pressurized depot was set up in consumables consumption terminal in all clinical and medical departments innovatively. There was all intelligent integrated logistics service mode which included hospitals,suppliers,operators,which set application,procurement,warehousing,distribution and traceability. Conclusions:The whole flow of the closed loop control is realized and further reduces the logistics cost,improves the logistics efficiency,improves the level of the hospital medical consumables of fine management.
