Innovation and Practice of Hospital Equipment Management under Modern Hospital Management System

目的:探讨现代医院管理体系下公立医院设备管理的创新与实践。方法:分析我国公立医院设备管理现状,结合我院实际对设备管理的创新与实践进行探讨。结果:通过建立专业的设备管理团队、完善设备申购审批制度流程、设备使用率测算评估、建立医疗设备共享中心等方法,实现公立医院设备资源的精细化管理。结论:对公立医院设备管理进行创新,提高设备的使用率和设备管理水平,才能实现设备的精细化管理。

Objective:To investigate the innovation and practice of equipment management in public hospitals under the modern hospital management system. Methods:The current situation of equipment management in public hospitals in China was analyzed,and the innovation and practice of equipment management combined with the actual situation of our hospital was explored. Results:Through establishing a professional team, the equipment purchase approval process was perfected,and equipment utilization rate was measureed and evaluated, and a medical equipment sharing center was established. The refined management of public hospital equipment resources is achieved. Conclusions:Innovating equipment management in public hospitals and improving equipment utilization and equipment management level can achieve refined management of equipment.
