摘要
目的:分析及探讨PDCA管理工具在医院职工食堂餐饮服务中的管理成效。方法:运用PDCA方法分析医院职工食堂卫生、环境、菜品质量、服务态度等方面存在的问题并采取措施加以改进。结果:职工对食堂的满意度有所提高。结论:运用PDCA管理工具有利于改进职工食堂管理,提高服务质量。
Objective:To analyze and discuss the management effect of PDCA management tool in catering service of hospital staff canteen. Methods:PDCA method was used to analyze the problems existing in the canteen service for hospital staff. Results:With employee satisfaction as the index,the hygiene of canteen,canteen environment,quality of dishes and service attitude were evaluated respectively. Conclusions:Applying PDCA management tools to the assessment can improve the staff’s satisfaction with meals,which is helpful to improve the management of staff canteens,and is worthy of application and promotion.
