无锡市某三甲医院医务人员休闲现状与生活满意度调查

Investigation and Analysis on Leisure Status and Life Satisfaction of Medical Staff in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in wuxi city

目的:调查医务人员休闲生活现状,分析影响生活满意度的各种因素,探讨提升医务人员生活满意度的途径。方法:对无锡市某三甲医院的医务人员的休闲生活现状和生活满意度进行问卷调查并分析二者的相关性。结果:由于医务人员的人口学特征如年龄、婚姻状况、岗位、科室等不同,生活满意度有显著差异性;医务人员的生活满意度与休闲满意度呈正相关(r=0.579,P<0.05),与休闲动机呈正相关(r=0.263,P<0.05),与休闲参与呈负相关(r=-0.374,P<0.05)。结论:医务人员的休闲参与活动、休闲动机和休闲满意度对其生活满意度均有显著影响。在政府社会、医院管理层和医务人员个人都应该注重休闲的氛围营造和能力培养,以提高医务人员生活满意度。

Objective:To investigate the situation of the leisure life of the medical staffs,and to analyze the influencing factors of the life satisfaction. Methods:The present situation of leisure life and the influencing factors of life satisfaction in the medical staffs in Wuxi People’s Hospital was investigated,and the correlation between was analyzed. Results:The medical staffs with different demographic characteristics,including age,marital status,occupational status,administrative offices,showed significant differences in life satisfaction. Life satisfaction of medical staff was positively correlated with leisure satisfaction(r=0.579,P < 0.05),positively correlated with leisure motivation(r=0.263,P < 0.05),and negatively correlated with leisure participation(r=-0.374,P < 0.05). Conclusions:medical staff’s leisure participation,leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction have significant influence on their life satisfaction. The hospital should pay attention to the leisure atmosphere and ability cultivation,which could improve the life satisfaction of medical personnel.
