本文首先介绍了国家标准《多高层木结构建筑技术标准》GB/T51226的主要技术内容,对部分技术要点进行了分析。其次,对国内外多高层木结构建筑的发展进行了阐述。最后,对当前我国工程建设中多高层木结构建筑的现状及未来发展趋势进行了探讨分析。

This paper first introduces the main technical content of GB/T51226,the National Standard "Technical Standard for Multi-story and High-rise Wood Structure Building",and analyzes some technical questions.Secondly,the development of multi-story and high-rise wood structure building at home and abroad is expounded.Finally,the present situation and future development trend of multi-story and high-rise timber structure buildings in China’s engineering construction are discussed and analyzed.
