国外多高层木结构建筑发展概况及趋势

Overview and Trend of Foreign Multi-story and High-rise Timber Structure Buildings

近20年来,木结构建筑的发展经历了一次次的变革,胶合木、CLT等新技术的出现赋予了木结构新的生命,使得木结构建筑不再局限于低矮的住宅,可以向更高、更大的方向进行突破。本文整理了国内外已建成的多高层木结构建筑,着重对其建筑类型,结构体系和防护技术三方面进行统计分析,对多高层木结构建筑发展趋势进行分析。

Over the past 20 years,the development of timber structure building has undergone a change of time,and the emergence of new technologies such as CLT and glued timber gives a new life of wooden structure,which makes the timber structure no longer limited to low residential and leads to a breakthrough in a higher direction.This paper sorts out the domestic and foreign multi-story and high-rise timber buildings,and the statistical analysis is focused on its construction types,structure systems and protection technology.Meanwhile,the tendency of multi-story and high-rise timber buildings is analyzed.
