摘要 本文从系统化角度研究设计轻型木结构屋架的构成形式,以1M=610mm为基础模块,用分解、组合的方式来建立两种屋架模块化系统,并通过有效地节点连接设计实现模块间连接以及与墙体系统连接;以期实现其设计研发、预制加工、搭建施工一体化发展。其中整体式屋架模块化设计方案是目前我国工厂预制加工能实现的最直接的模块化方式,对员工技术和加工设备要求不高,其主要的限制在于运输要求;可折叠型屋架模块化设计方案,解决了模块化组件的运输问题,但在预制与装配方面要求较高,从而提高了对木构件加工精度和工厂工作人员与现场施工人员的技术要求。 This paper studied and designed the structural form of roof framework of light wood construction from a systematic perspective.Taking 1 M=610 mm as the basic module,the modular system of two kinds of roof framework was established by means of decomposition and combination,and the connection between modules and the wall system was realized through effective node connection design;in order to achieve the integrative development of design,prefabrication and construction.Among them,the modular design scheme of integrated roof framework is the most direct modular method that can be realized in domestic factory prefabrication.It does not have high requirements for employees’ technology and processing equipment,and its main limitation lies in the transportation requirements.The modular design scheme of collapsible roof framework solves the transportation problem of modular components,but it has higher requirements in prefabrication and assembly,which improves the processing accuracy of wooden components and the technical requirements of factory workers and field construction personnel.
