不安全因素分析在新生儿护理中的应用

Application of unsafe factor analysis in neonatal nursing

目的:探讨不安全因素分析应用在新生儿护理中所发挥的积极作用。方法:选取88例新生儿作为观察对象,双盲法纳入分组,观察组(开展不安全因素分析,然后给予针对性护理干预,n=44),对照组(采用一般护理模式,n=44),对比临床效果。结果:观察组风险事件发生率、护理缺陷发生率(2.27%、4.55%)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属对护理人员操作满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿护理中不安全因素进行分析,给予对应解决方案,可降低风险事件,提高新生儿护理质量。

Objective:To explore the positive role of unsafe factor analysis in neonatal care. Methods: 88 neonates were selected as the observation objects. Double-blind method was included in the grouping. The observation group (carrying out analysis of unsafe factors, then giving targeted nursing intervention, n =44) and the control group (using general nursing mode, n =44) were compared in clinical effect. Results: The incidence of risk events and nursing defects in the observation group (2.27% and 4.55%) were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05), and the scores of family members'satisfaction with nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The analysis of unsafe factors in neonatal care and corresponding solutions can reduce risk events and improve the quality of neonatal care.
