个性化护理在重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿护理中的临床应用分析

Clinical application analysis of personalized nursing in children with severe pneumonia with febrile seizures

目的:分析个性化护理在重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿护理中的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院2017年1月至2018年10月收治的重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿80例,将其随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用常规护理措施,在此基础上观察组应用个性化护理措施。比较两组惊厥停止、发热消退、住院等时间,疗效以及家属满意度。结果:在惊厥停止、发热消退、住院等时间方面,观察组较对照组均明显较短,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。在总有效率方面,观察组为93.33%,较对照组73.33%明显较高,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。在家属满意度方面,观察组为96.67%,较对照组80.00%明显较高,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论:个性化护理在重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿护理中的临床应用效果显著,即可快速改善患儿各种临床症状,促进其病情康复,还能提升家属满意度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of personalized nursing in children with severe pneumonia with febrile seizures. Methods: 80 children with severe pneumonia and febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing measures, and on this basis, the observation group applied personalized nursing measures. The time, efficacy and family satisfaction of convulsions, fever, hospitalization, etc. were compared between the two groups. Results: In the time of convulsions, fever, hospitalization, etc., the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference of P < 0.05 was statistically significant. In terms of total effective rate, the observation group was 93.33% higher than the control group 73.33%, and the difference of P < 0.05 was statistically significant. In terms of family satisfaction, the observation group was 96.67% higher than the control group 80.0%, and the difference of P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical application of personalized nursing in children with severe pneumonia and febrile seizures is significant, which can quickly improve various clinical symptoms of children, promote their recovery, and improve family satisfaction. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
