Source and preventive measures of particulate contamination in PIVAS

静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的主要任务是为临床科室提供合格的成品输液,开展PIVAS对保障静脉输液质量和调配人员的职业防护有重要意义。在保障静脉输液质量工作中,输液微粒污染是其主要的风险因素。静脉输液微粒污染不仅损害成品输液质量,更是患者健康的巨大威胁,输液微粒会造成多种输液反应。为确保成品输液质量,保障患者用药安全,笔者根据我院PIVAS的实际经验,对输液微粒污染的来源进行分析,并对我院PIVAS采取的预防措施进行总结。

The main task of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS)is to provide qualified infusion products for clinical departments.Developing PIVAS is of great significance to guarantee the quality of intravenous infusion and the occupational protection of dispatchers.Particulate contamination is the main risk factor in ensuring the quality of intravenous infusion.Particulate contamination of intravenous infusion not only impairs the quality of finished infusion,but also poses a great threat to the health of patients,which can cause a variety of infusion reactions.In order to ensure the quality of infusion products and the safety of patients,this article analyzes the sources of particulate contamination of infusion according to the practical experience of PIVAS in our hospital,and summarizes the preventive measures.
