A talk on the deepen understanding in technology andstrengthen the creativity of tactics

军队机械化、信息化建设的同时,智能化的特征也在不断涌现,战法创新发展的迫切性越来越突出,战法的技术特征愈发明显。关注装备技术的发展对战争方式、作战理论的革命性变化,重在转变思维方式,深入思考"网络中心、信息主导、体系支撑、智能特性"为主要特征的信息化战争体系的基本形态。研究表明,任何创新都在于创造新的不对称,这是建立在丰富的联想和大胆的创新基础之上。要注重指挥员辩证思维能力的培养,强化数据思维和算法思维,注重指挥员技术理解力的训练,加强对技术的敏感度,培养具有创造力的指挥和参谋人才。

With the construction of realizing military’s mechanization and informationizaion,the characteristics of intellectualization continuously appears,the urgency of the innovation development of tactics is more and more outstanding and the technical characteristics of tactics is more and more obvious.In order to focus on the revolutionary changes brought to war modes and operational theories by the development of equipment technology,we must change the way of thinking,put the deep thoughts about the basic pattern of information warfare system with the characteristics of "Network Center,Information Leading,System Support and Intelligent Feature".The results show that the key point of all kinds of innovation lies in creating new asymmetric advantages based on rich&bold innovation. We must pay attention to cultivating commander’s ability of dialectical thinking,strengthening the data thinking&algorithm thinking,focusing on the technology understanding of commander and cultivating the commanders and staffs with imagination & creativity.
