车辆制动稳定性台试与路试评价对比研究

摘要 制动稳定性是评价制动性能的重要部分,本文通过试验对《机动车运行安全技术条件》(GB7258-2017)规定的台试和路试两种评价方法进行分析对比,结果表明:第一轴制动力不平衡对轿车制动稳定性的影响要大于客车和挂车;路试制动偏移与台试制动力不平衡两种评价方法正相关,但是两种评价方法出发点不同,路试基于整车而台试基于车轴,因此会出现台试不合格而路试合格的现象;增加制动速度会改变路试中车辆制动稳定性的合格判断,准确控制制动车速能提升路试制动稳定性评价的准确性。 Braking stability is one of important factors in the braking performance evaluation. According to the national standard “Technical Specifi cations for Operational Safety of Motor Vehicles”(GB 7258-2017), a comparative study on the vehicle braking stability evaluation of bench test and road test through experiments were conducted. The results showed that the infl uence of the imbalance of the fi rst axle brake force on the braking stability of the passenger car was greater than that on buses and trailers. The braking deviation of road test is positively correlated with the imbalance of vehicle braking stability of bench test. However, the two evaluation methods have different starting points. The road test is based on the whole vehicle while the bench test is based on the axle. Therefore, there will be a phenomenon of the bench test being qualifi ed yet the road test being unqualifi ed. Increasing braking speed may change the qualifi ed judgment of vehicle braking stability in road test in some cases. Therefore, accurate control of braking speed can improve the accuracy of braking stability evaluation of road test.
