摘要
对一种新型的钢桥面铺装用环氧树脂粘结剂评价其基本性能,并通过拉拔试验研究不同环境条件对其粘结性能的影响。结果表明,环氧树脂粘结剂具有良好的力学性能、高温性能、低温性能、抗渗水性和耐腐蚀性;高温条件将导致其粘结性能下降;盐雾环境、酸雾环境、浸水环境、冻融环境及放置时间等因素对环氧树脂粘结剂的粘结性能影响较小,均表现出优异粘结性能。
A new self-made epoxy resin adhesive was selected to evaluate its basic performance,and the effects of different environmental conditions on its bonding performance were studied by indoor pull-out test.The results showed that the epoxy resin adhesive had good mechanical performance,high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,impermeability,corrosion resistance and bonding performance,the high temperature would decrease its bonding performance.The factors such as salt spray,acid mist,immersion,freeze-thaw and placing time had little effect on its bonding performance.
