摘要
用响应面分析法考察表面活性剂APG、SDBS、APAM浓度对哈密褐煤煤尘润湿性的影响,建立了试剂与沉降时间、试剂与透过率的回归模型。结果表明,APG和SDBS之间存在交互作用,对润湿性影响显著;SDBS和APAM对煤尘团聚性起主导作用;煤尘抑尘剂优化配方为:0.25%APG,0.50%SDBS及0.05%APAM。沉降时间预测值为20.48 s,3次实测平均值为21.25 s,误差为3.76%;透过率预测值为91.48%,3次实测平均值为92.49%,误差为1.10%。
Using response surface to analysis the influence of APG,SDBS and APAM on the wettability of HM lignite,established the regression model of reagent with settling time and transmittance.The results show that there is interaction between APG and SDBS,SDBS and APAM plays a leading role in coal dust agglomeration.The optimal formula of dust depression are:0.25%APG,0.50% SDBS and 0.05% APAM.The predicted settlement time was 20.48 s,the average value of the three measured times is 21.25 s,and the error is 3.76% and the predicted transmittance was 91.48%,the mean value of the three measured times is 92.49%,and the error is 1.10%.
