摘要
以硝酸铜和硝酸钴为原料,采用水热法一步合成CuO-Co3O4纳米线敏感材料,测试H2S在SF6氛围中的敏感性。结果表明,CuO-Co3O4在SF6中对H2S具有良好的响应。对敏感器件进行加热,在70℃时,敏感性能最好。对H2S的检测下限可达10 mg/m3,并且对SO2、NO2、CO、NH3等干扰气体具有选择性,响应恢复时间<30 s。
Copper nitrate and cobalt nitrate were used as raw materials.The sensitive materials of CuO-Co3O4 nanowires were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method,and the sensitivity of H2S in SF6 atmosphere was tested.The results show that CuO-Co3O4 has a good response to H2S in SF6.The sensitive device was heated and found to have the best sensitivity at 70 ℃.It is investigated that the lower limit of H2S concentration detection can reach 10 mg/m3,and it is selective for SO2,NO2,CO,NH3 and other interfering gases,and the response recovery time is less than 30 s.
