氯氧化铁催化过碳酸钠同时脱除NO和SO2的实验研究

摘要 采用氧化铁和氯化铁制备FeOCl,以催化过碳酸钠发生氧化反应,同时脱除NO和SO2,考察了反应时间、FeOCl的用量、溶液中过碳酸钠所承载的H2O2的含量、溶液初始pH值以及可见光的照射时间对SO2和NO脱除效率的影响。结果表明,同时脱除NO和SO2的优选条件为:反应时间30 min,FeOCl用量0.8 g/L,H2O2含量20 mmol/L,溶液初始pH值为5.5以及可见光照射时间30 min。在以上情况下,SO2的脱除效率可维持在99.9%,NO的脱除效率达88.7%。 The preparation of FeOCl by using iron oxide(Fe2O3) and ferric chloride(FeCl3) to catalyze the oxidation of sodium percarbonate was adopted to complete the simultaneous removal of NO and SO2.The effects of reaction time,amount of FeOCl,content of H2O2 carried by SPC in solution,initial pH value and irradiation time of visible light on the removal efficiency of SO2 and NO were investigated and the optimal reaction conditions was obtained.The result showed that the optimal conditions including reaction time of 30 min,0.8 g/L of FeOCl in solution,20 mmol/L of H2O2,5.5 of the initial pH of the solution and at least 30 min of the visible light irradiation,the SO2 removal efficiency can be maintained at the level of 99.9% and that of NO could reach 88.7%.
