摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,陶粒为原料,采用水溶液自由基聚合,通过包衣机制备了柔性支撑剂。结果表明,最佳合成条件为m(AM)∶m(AA)=7∶3,pH=7,交联剂加量为单体总质量的0.03%,引发剂加量为单体总质量3.5‰,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为1.5 h。通过电镜对柔性支撑剂吸水前后进行对比,论证了聚合物包覆在陶粒表面。柔性支撑剂受Ca^2+、Mg^2+、Na^+影响,悬浮因子均大于1,都可悬浮。 Flexible support agent was prepared by free radical polymerization of acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA),ammonium persulfate as initiator,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinking agent and ceramsite as raw materials.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were m(AM)∶m(AA)=7∶3,pH=7,the amount of crosslinking agent was 0.03% of the total monomer mass,the amount of initiator was 3.5‰ of the monomer mass,reaction temperature 60 ℃ and reaction time 1.5 h.By comparing the water absorption of flexible proppant with that of the other two,it is proved that the polymer is coated on the surface of ceramsite.Flexible proppant is affected by Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Na^+,and its suspension factor is greater than 1,so it can be suspended.
