固体氧化物燃料电池用SrTiO3基阳极材料的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 综述了近年来SrTiO3基阳极材料在实验和理论研究领域的研究进展,主要介绍了掺杂元素种类、元素掺杂量、处理温度、处理气氛、化学计量比等因素对SrTiO3基材料性能的影响,以及处理温度、处理气氛等因素对原位还原电极材料性能的影响规律。发现通过上述几种措施均能在保持SrTiO3基材料优异稳定性的同时极大地改善材料的电化学性能。 The research progress of SrTiO3 based anode materials in recent years is introduced from the experimental and theoretical point of view.The effects of doping element,doping amount,temperature and atmosphere of the treatment on the doping of A and B elements were reviewed.The effects of different stoichiometric ratios on material properties,as well as the effects of treatment temperature and treatment atmosphere on the reduction results were also discussed.It was found that the above-mentioned several strategies can be used to greatly improve the electrochemical performance of the material while maintaining high stability.
