摘要
综述了近20年来光稳定剂双(1-辛氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯(Tinuvin 123)化合物制备方法的研究进展,重点介绍了先酯交换(或酯化)反应再N-烷基化反应、先N-烷基化反应再酯交换反应两种主要的合成方法,总结了各合成方法的优缺点,并指出了未来光稳定剂Tinuvin 123合成技术的发展方向。
The progress of preparation methods of light stabilizer bis-(1-octyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate(Tinuvin 123) in the past 20 years is reviewed.Meanwhile,the two main synthetic methods of transesterification(or esterification reaction) followed by N-alkylation reaction,and N-alkylation reaction followed by transesterification are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of each synthesis method are summarized and the future development direction of synthesis technology of Tinuvin 123 in China is also presented.
