“扶正补土”针灸法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢肌力、平衡及步行功能的影响

Effects of Fuzheng-Butu Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Strength of Lower Limb Muscles,Balance and Walking Function in Patients with Post-Stroke Hemiplegia

目的:探究“扶正补土”针灸法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢肌力、平衡及步行功能的影响。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年1月收治的200例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各100例,对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上,采用“扶正补土”针灸法,连续干预3个月后,比较两组下肢肌力、平衡能力、步行能力及生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组下肢肌力分级均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组肌力分级优于对照组(P<0.05);两组BBS、FMA、Holden步行能力、SS-QOL评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组各指标改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“扶正补土”针灸法用于脑卒中偏瘫患者,能更好促进患者肌力、平衡及步行功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To explore the effects of Fuzheng-Butu acupuncture and moxibustion on strength of lower limb muscles, balance and walking function in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods: 200 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group( n =100) and the control group( n =100). The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training;on which basis, the observation group was also treated with Fuzheng-Butu acupuncture and moxibustion. After three months of intervention, strength of lower limb muscles, balance ability(Berg Balance Scale/BBS, Fugl Meyer Balance Scale/FMA), walking ability(Holden walking ability grading) and quality of life(stroke-specific quality of life scale/SS-QOL) were compared between the two groups. Results: After the treatment, the strength of lower limb muscles were significantly improved compared to that before the treatment in the two groups( P <0.05);of which the observation group was superior to the control group( P <0.05). The BBS scores and FMA scores were significantly higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups( P <0.05);the scores of Holden walking ability were significantly higher( P <0.05), also the scores of SS-QOL were significantly higher( P <0.05) after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups;of which the improvements in the observation group were more significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng-Butu acupuncture and moxibustion can better promote the recovery of muscle strength, balance ability and walking function to improve the life quality of the patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.
