苇管灸配合针刺治疗突发性耳聋伴耳闷临床研究

Clinical Study of Reed Tube Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture on Sudden Deafness Complicated with Ear Stuffiness

目的:观察苇管灸配合针刺治疗突发性耳聋伴耳闷的临床疗效。方法:选取突发性耳聋伴耳闷患者67例,随机分为观察组33例与对照组34例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用苇管灸配合针刺治疗,在治疗前后进行电测听检查及耳闷视觉模拟评分(VAS),比较两组听力、耳闷疗效及受损频率平均听阈值、耳闷评分的差异。结果:治疗组听力疗效、耳闷疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均可改善受损频率平均听阈值、耳闷评分,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苇管灸配合针刺治疗突发性耳聋伴耳闷具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of reed tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness complicated with ear stuffiness. Methods: 67 cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into the observation group( n =33) and the control group( n =34). Both groups were treated with routine medication, on which basis, the observation group was also treated with reed tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture. Pure tone threshold audiometry and the VAS scores of ear stuffiness were tested before and after the treatment to evaluate the curative effect on listening and ear stuffiness, as well as to compare the differences in average hearing threshold and ear stuffiness score between the two groups. Results: The total efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group in terms of the improvements of hearing and ear stuffiness( P <0.05). The two groups both could improve the average hearing threshold and the ear stuffiness score, and the observation group was superior to the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Reed tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture has better curative effect on sudden deafness complicated with ear stuffiness.
