筋骨针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效评价的随机对照研究

Clinical Efficacy of Jingu Needling Therapy in Treating CSR: A Randomized Controlled Trial

目的:观察筋骨针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将72例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为筋骨针组(36例)和毫针组(36例),筋骨针组每周治疗1次,毫针组每日治疗1次,每周治疗5天,两组均治疗2周。观察田中靖久颈椎病症状量表20分法、视觉模拟评分量表评分变化。结果:治疗后、治疗后1个月两组视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表20分法评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05),筋骨针组改善程度优于毫针组(均P<0.05)。筋骨针组总有效率为97.1%(34/35),毫针组总有效率为88.6%(31/35),筋骨针组优于毫针组(P<0.05)。结论:筋骨针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效优于毫针疗法,同时具有安全性高、疗效确切、治疗频次少等特点。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jingu needling therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR). Methods: 72 CSR patients were randomly divided into the observation group( n =36) and the control group( n =36). The observation group was treated with Jingu needling therapy once a week;the control group was treated with routine filiform needling once a day, 5 times per week for two weeks. The scores of TZJJ cervical spondylosis symptoms scale(20 points method) and the score of visual analogue scale were used as therapeutic observation indicators. Results: The VAS score and TZJJ score were lowered after the treatment and one month after the treatment than those before the treatment( P <0.05);of which the improvements in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group( P <0.05). The total effective rate was 97.1%(34/35) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 88.6%( 31/35) in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Jingu needling therapy is superior to routine filiform needling in the treatment of CSR, with its high safety, accurate curative effect and less treatment frequency.
