浮针治疗股外侧皮神经炎临床研究

Clinical Effect of Superficial Needling in the Treatment of Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis

目的:观察浮针治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效。方法:40例确诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组给予浮针治疗,对照组给予常规针刺治疗。2周后比较两组治疗前后疼痛及麻木的视觉模拟评分(VAS),应用肌电比较两组患者患侧股外侧皮神经的感觉传导速度(SCV值),并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者疼痛及麻木VAS评分均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患侧SCV值均明显增加(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为90%,高于对照组的75%。结论:浮针治疗股外侧皮神经炎疗效较常规针刺好。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of superficial needling in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Methods: 40 cases were randomly divided into the observation group( n =40) and the control group( n =40). The observation group was treated with superficial needling, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. After two weeks of treatment, the visual analogue scale(VAS) of pain and numbness were compared before and after the treatment, the sensory conduction velocity(SCV value) of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve was compared between the two groups by electromyography, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: The VAS scores of pain and numbness were significantly decreased in the two groups after two weeks of treatment( P <0.01), and the scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group( P <0.05);the SCV values of the affected side were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment( P <0.01), and the values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%, which was higher than 75% of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Superficial needling is better than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis.
