摘要 综述了国内外鱼类初加工机械的研究进展,并从物料加工质量和装备运行状态两方面分析了自动监控技术及其在水产加工中的应用,总结技术发展趋势并提出研究思路,为提高鱼类初加工效率和质量、促进水产加工产业技术升级提供参考。 The research progresses of fish primary processing machinery at home and abroad were reviewed in this study.Moreover the automatic monitoring technology and its application in aquatic products processing were introduced,from two aspects of material processing quality and the equipment running status.This would help to improve the efficiency and quality of fish primary processing and promote technology upgrading of aquatic processing industry.
