中空玻璃用聚硫密封胶与MS胶的性能对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Properties of Polysulfide Sealant and Silicon Modified Polyether Sealant for Insulating Glass

文章依据GB/T29755-2013《中空玻璃用弹性密封胶》的主要测试项目,对国内某知名密封胶企业生产的中空玻璃用聚硫密封胶和市场上5个主要的MS胶的性能进行对比分析;通过对比测试数据可知,作为中空玻璃的第二道密封胶,聚硫密封胶比MS胶具有优势,能更持久地保证中空玻璃的密封寿命。

Based on the main test items of GB/T 29755-2013“elastic sealant for insulating glass”,this paper compares the performance of polysulfide sealant for insulating glass produced by a famous domestic sealant enterprise and the performance of five main MS glues on the market. Analysis;by comparing the test data,it can be seen that as the second sealant of the insulating glass,the polysulfide sealant has an advantage over the Silicon modified polyether sealant glue,and can ensure the sealing life of the insulating glass more permanently.
