节能降耗环境下电网企业经营风险控制方法研究

Research on Management Risk Control Method of Power Grid Enterprises under Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction Environment

节能降耗环境下增加了电网企业的的购电成本,使其经营风险增大。文章将研究节能降耗环境下电网企业经营风险。通过数学建模的方式,分析影响电网企业购电成本增大的因素,还通过算例分析的方式分析了不同因素对电网企业的影响程度。为了电网企业能够控制其经营风险,提出了两种方法,分别为优化电网企业购电类型分配机制和建立发售电价格联动机制。

Under the environment of energy saving and consumption reduction,the electricity purchase cost of power grid enterprises has been increased,and the operational risk has increased. This paper will study the operating risks of power grid enterprises under the environment of energy saving and consumption reduction. Through mathematical modeling,the factors affecting the increase of electricity purchase cost of power grid enterprises are analyzed. The influence degree of different factors on power grid enterprises is also analyzed through the analysis of examples. In order to control the business risk of power grid enterprises,two methods are proposed to optimize the power distribution type distribution mechanism of power grid enterprises and establish a linkage mechanism for selling electricity prices.
