摘要 当车辆受到侧向力作用时,可能会出现侧倾现象,影响行车安全。影响汽车侧倾稳定性的因素很多,其中转动轴的性能是影响汽车侧倾稳定性的主要因素之一。环氧树脂胶具有稳定性强、耐腐蚀性好、粘接性强等优点被广泛应用于工程领域。将环氧树脂胶用于粘合的汽车的轴转,有利于提高汽车侧倾的稳定性。文章介绍了环氧树脂胶粘合转动轴的性能及优势,并探究了这种转动轴对汽车侧倾稳定性的影响,结果表明环氧树脂胶粘合的转动轴能够显著提高汽车侧倾的稳定性。 When the car is subjected to lateral force,the roll phenomenon may occur to affect driving safety. There are many factors affecting the stability of the car's roll,and the performance of the rotating shaft is one of the main factors affecting the stability of the car's roll. Epoxy resin has the advantages of strong stability,good corrosion resistance and strong adhesion, and is widely used in engineering fields. The use of epoxy resin glue for the shaft rotation of a bonded automobile is advantageous for improving the stability of the vehicle roll. This paper introduces the performance and advantages of epoxy resin bonded rotating shaft, and explores the influence of this rotating shaft on the roll stability of the car. The results show that the rotating shaft of epoxy resin glue can significantly improve the car's roll. stability.
