硅粉粒度对铅丹硅系延期药延期精度影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用行星式球磨机,将不同粒度的硅粉与铅丹混合,制得不同硅粉粒度的延期药,并利用延期时间测试系统对制备的延期药精度进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,随着硅粉粒度的减小,铅丹硅系延期药的燃烧速度增加、燃烧时间变短、标准差和极差减小、延期精度提高,这对延期体的生产和制造具有一定的指导意义。 Different particle silicon power was mixed with red lead used by planetary ball mill, and the delay composition was prepared. The experimental researches on delay precision were carried on, which employed delay time test system. The experimental results show that the combustion speed increase, combustion time, standard deviation and range decrease, and delay precision increase with the decrease of silicon particle size, which has certain guiding significance for the production and manufacture of delay products.
